The Official Star Wars Site has updated their databank section with information from the New Jedi Order series from the Expanded Universe. The inexorable invasion of the Yuuzhan Vong has stabbed the very heart of the galaxy, and the New Republic is no more. Coruscant has fallen, its surface violated and recreated in the vision of its conquerors. The beleaguered Jedi find few reliable allies as they struggle with their mandate to protect the galaxy's citizens and define the nebulous morality of fighting foes bereft of the Force.

But there is a new hope in the battle against the merciless marauders, as the very nature of the Force comes into question and true leadership begins to emerge in the newly formed Galactic Alliance. Go here to have a look!
