The Official Star Wars Site has announced two more online chats for tonight and tomorrow. First, joining the next Hyperspace online chat is Droid Unit Supervisor Don Bies.Don worked on the Star Wars Special Edition trilogy, including playing the parts of Barquin D'an and Boba Fett in Return of the Jedi. For Episode I, he supervised the creation of the new C-3PO puppet and a new and improved R2-D2, and worked in the ILM modelshop during post production. He has returned as the head of the Droid Unit for both Episodes I and II.
The chat is scheduled for Tuesday, July 29, 5:00 pm US Pacific time (8:00 pm US Eastern time, or Wednesday, July 30, 10:00 am Sydney time).
Next, joining the Hyperspace online chat is one of the founding members of the Star Wars family, Anthony Daniels.
Anthony is one of the few actors to have been in every episode of the Star Wars saga, and has played the beloved protocol droid C-3PO in a number of spin-off products as well, most notably the animated Droids television series in the mid-1980s.
Daniels once again dons Threepio's golden outfit for the final Star Wars installment. He is well known to fans throughout the world, for his appearances at major conventions and recently, his extremely popular role as MC of Star Wars Celebration II.
