fan, you've probably spent a bit of time imagining yourself in the Star
Wars universe. Everything from the films to the toys, books, and
video games all provide rich characters, creatures and environments
for your imagination to create your own place in a galaxy far, far
away. This spring, LucasArts and Sony Online Entertainment are going
to release Star Wars Galaxies, the first massively
multiplayer online game set in the Star Wars universe. Can
you be a bounty hunter? How about a Jedi? Thanks to the folks
creating Galaxies at LucasArts, StarWarsKids.com is providing its

Star Wars: Clone
Wars
The Clone Wars began with the Battle of Geonosis at the end of
Episode II and will continue through a series of 20 animated shorts
premiering this year from the Cartoon Network and Lucasfilm Ltd. Star
Wars: Clone Wars will air on the Cartoon Network in 2003-2004
between other programming. If you haven't already seen the poster,

The "Who Said
It?" Game
Who said, "I know we're in trouble, just hang on!" Was it
Han in Ep V, Luke in Ep IV, or Anakin in Ep I? How about... "I
should think you Jedi would have more respect for the difference
between knowledge and - ha ha ha... wisdom." Was it Watto in Ep
II, Dexter Jettster or the Emperor? The answers might be in your
head and they can definitely be found in the new batch of quotes
added to the Who Said It? game. More than 115 quotes span the saga,
each presented with three possible characters who might have said
it. Click

On-Going ~ Padawan of
the Week
Each week one StarWarsKids.com Padawan is honored as
the "Padawan of the Week" for their participation in the
Viewscreen communities. The Viewscreens are kid-safe message boards
where participants discuss all aspects of Star Wars. These
Padawans are especially recognized for their interesting Star
Wars questions and comments, their friendly debate skill, and
their welcoming spirit to all new participants. The Padawan Post is
proud to highlight recent honorees,
February 20, from the Saga Talk Viewscreen: "It would
seem that Darth Sidious made sure that Jango Fett never told Count
Dooku about the clones; it's his way of making sure that the
Galactic Senate falls, and for the evil Empire to rise."
~ Padawan Obi-Wan Zee
February 13, from the Saga Talk Viewscreen: "To Strike
Commander Apollo: I am a girl and I love Star Wars even
though everyone in my class makes fun of me. Tell your sister she
does not know what she is missing."
