C-3PO & R2-D2 act like Battledroids?
TF.N has a grate little spoiler after a long dry spell for information on AOTC. At one point the two droids are Spoilers - Highlight to read: separated on Geonosis, when they approach a large chasm. As 3PO surveys the surroundings R2D2 takes off only moments later to see Threepio and a battle droid together. After an exchange of laser fire, including the golden droid getting some action with the weapons as well, R2 cuts the head off of the enemy droid.
Interestingly enough, there wasn't enough time at Ealing to shoot the last part of this sequence, so the part where our favorite little astromech decapitates the battledroid will have to be done 100% CGI by ILM or filmed this November in the last round of shooting.
The droids are getting into it on this one! Great stuff! Maybe 3PO isn't a whimp after all. Just Kidding.
