Jump to Hyperspace

The Official Indiana Jones Site has a pop-up ad that announces Star Wars.com is starting a new feature called "Jump to Hyperspace" that will debut on June 10. There will be a sneak preview of this new feature between June 5-9. Could this be the new pay-per-view section that we have been hearing about recently? Having a sneak preview might suggest you may have to pay for it, and it is a good way to get you hooked on the material.

I really wish they would not do this! If this is truly the paid subscription service, it will coincide with the start of principle photography and the end of pre-production in Australia. A paid subscription will surly mean less Episode III news for the fans due to copyright laws, unless of course you are willing to shell out the dollars for an Episode III fix. I will not be able to afford yet another Star Wars expense for a new feature like this, and it is a shame that we have come to this.
