Model of Cloud City

Juan Carlos Acosta has created a model of Cloud City that is very well done! You may remember seeing some of his other creations in the Fan Art Section. Here is a word from Juan:

Hi friends here I send you mi new work .... it is a model of Cloud City (Bespin) seen on Star Wars movie Episode 5 "Empire Strikes Back" made in scratchbuilding tecnique (I love that movie!) ....... I send you the links of the pictures (Imagevenue) I hope you like mi new work ....thank you.....

Endor AT-AT

Luke Skywalker's X-Wing

Featured Artist Craig Burt-Painting by Numbers 7

Featured Artist Craig Burt has sent in another breakdown of one of his paintings that provides us with a look into how the picture came about. Here is some of the article created by Craig:

"Heartware"

If I remember rightly, with this one I decided to do a simple portrait of Anakin.

1. I had an idea of what I wanted to do, so I looked for suitable inspiration from somewhere. That was found in this photo from a piece of 'junk mail'. I think Americans would call that a 'flyer' - they're free catalogues that you get in your mailbox - and I'd imagine most places in the Western World would have similar things.
