The Clone Wars begin in comics form. As the ongoing Star Wars: Republic title spans the years between Episode II and III, it will chronicle the events of the Clone Wars. Star Wars: Republic #49, is scheduled for release on December 18.

Catch up on the Star Wars Tales you may have missed with the third trade paperback compilation of the series. This volume covers issues 9 through 12. The 224-page trade paperback is due out on January 2, 2002.
