| Irvin Kershner Passes Away | |
Yahoo News has announced that Director Irvin Kershner passed away today at the age of 87. He directed the 1980 blockbuster "The Empire Strikes Back" which is seen by many as their favorite film of the Star Wars franchise. Kershner also directed other well known films like 1983's "Never Say Never Again" staring Sean Connery as James Bond and 1990's "Robocop II" staring Peter Weller. Our thought and prayers go out to the family during this difficult time. He will be sorely missed.
