| The Clone Wars Clone Commander Thorn | |
This week, Dave Filoni posted on his Facebook page a sneak peak of a new character that will be appearing in Season 5 of The Clone Wars. The character will be called Clone Commander Thorn and here is what Dave had to say about the new character: "On behalf of the Clone Wars crew, we would like to congratulate Marvel Studios and Joss Whedon on the incredible release of The Avengers. We’re also very proud of the team at ILM who made the effects and action scenes beyond spectacular. There are many fans of Marvel comics on the Clone Wars crew, and the biggest fan of all has to be episodic director Steward Lee. Knowing what a fan he is, I sketched up a special Clone Commander for an upcoming episode of Season 5. Clone Commander Thorn is obviously our homage to “Thor, the god of thunder.” Commander Thorn even carries a Z-6 blaster canon named “the Hammer.” Enjoy this sneak peek at a new clone from Season 5." Very interesting way to come up with a clone name. Of course, I always love a new clone. Enjoy!

Today's new sticker is available in the Star Wars Cards section. It can be found under Series 2 (Red Cards) and there were 66 cards and 11 stickers in all from 1977 and today's tenth red series sticker is 21-The Millennium Falcon Speeds Through Space of that series. Look for more cards and stickers every day!
