Okay Star Wars fans. We have been waiting for "Star Wars Day" to get the information about what we will see on the Star Wars Blu-ray discs. Here is the breakdown:

Daily Video Clip

Today's new video clip is the Star Tours 3D preview with C-3PO, R2-D2 and Bree Starlighter. Disney took its Star Tours 2 mall tour to the Orange Park Mall in Jacksonville, Florida, previewing the upcoming revamped attraction. Also in attendance were Jedi Mickey Mouse, Princess Leia Minnie, C-3PO, R2-D2, and Star Tours Chief of Holocommunications Bree Starlighter, a new character to the Star Wars universe. Enjoy!

2011 Star Wars Fan Movie Challenge

The Official Star Wars Site has announced that you have until 12 noon PST on 6/6/11 to submit to the Challenge. Just upload your fan movie with "Star Wars" in the title, and add it to the Star Wars category to be considered for a number of awards. One entry will be picked to air on Spike TV and one lucky submission will be crowned the "George Lucas Selects" recipient by Mr. Lucas himself! New Star Wars Blu-ray Announcement Coming

The Official Star Wars Site has announced that there is new information coming about the complete Star Wars Saga on Blu-Ray at 6:00am PT on May 4th, 2011. I think they are going to "reveal" what the contents of the Blu-ray will be. Especially the cut scenes like the Luke scene building his saber in Return of the Jedi and the Biggs and Luke scenes on Tatooine in A New Hope. Be sure to visit the countdown website for the announcement.
