Republic Senators
The Official Star Wars Site has provided a look at some of the Senators loyal to Palpatine prior to the Clone Wars. There is unrest in the Galactic Senate. A growing Separatist movement is threatening to split the Republic in two. For years, loyal Senators, under the direction of Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, have struggled to maintain order, but even the beleaguered Jedi Knights aren't enough to keep the peace in the fragmenting chaos.
