Comics Section
Updated |
Today I have updated the Comics Section with the Marvel Regular Edition Star Wars
#2. Star Wars #2 is the second issue of the Marvel Star Wars series of comic
books. It closely follows the events of Star Wars Episode IV: A New
Hope.
Luke Skywalker is rescued from an attacking band of Sand people by
Obi-Wan Kenobi. Once Luke, Obi-Wan, and the two droids R2-D2 and C-3PO are
safely in Obi-Wan Kenobi's hut, R2 plays a recorded message for Kenobi from the
Princess Leia Organa asking him to bring the little droid and the critial
information contained within its memory to Alderaan. Initially Luke refuses to
accompany Obi-Wan on his journey because of his obligations at home, but upon
realizing that his home has been destroyed and his uncle Owen and aunt Beru have
been killed by Imperial stormtroopers he agrees to go along. They hire Han Solo
and Chewbacca to pilot them to Alderaan aboard the Millennium Falcon. It can be
found in the Marvel Comics Section. Enjoy!

Inquisitor Action
Figure Reveal |
The Official Star Wars Site has provided our first look at the
Star Wars Rebels TV show Inquisitor Action Figure!
"The Inquisitor, the Empire's Jedi hunter and a major new villain in the
highly anticipated Star Wars Rebels animated series, was unveiled by Lucasfilm
at this year's New York Comic Con. Today, StarWars.com is excited to present the
official reveal for the character's first ever 3.75-inch action figure from
Hasbro."
"The figure -- the first to be seen from the upcoming Star Wars
Rebels Saga Legends line -- features five points of articulation, show-accurate
accessories, and is sculpted in the art style of the series. Look for the
Inquisitor and the Star Wars Rebels Saga Legends line to hit store shelves in
fall 2014, and stay tuned for more Star Wars Rebels toy news from Hasbro at
international Toy Fairs and at StarWars.com."
I expect we will see more of these action figures soon!

RebelForce Radio:
December 28, 2013 |
Jason Swank and Jimmy Mac of RebelForce
Radio have released their latest show! "This week is all about looking back
at the year that was…2013. In the past 12 months, we’ve seen tons of action in
the Star Wars universe including many highs and lows for fandom. Director Kyle
Newman joins us fresh off the set ...of his latest film Barely Lethal, to talk
about all the big news from the Galaxy Far Far Away that broke in 2013. We also
look back at the year of RebelForce Radio podcasting and more. Our
‘Year-In-Review” shows often are our most opinionated and this year is no
exception. In fact, this show was so big, it needed to be broken into 2 parts.
So, wrap up your year with the first of our two-part Star Wars Year-In-Review
show as RebelForce Radio remembers 2013! Have a safe and happy new year from
your friends at RebelForce Radio!" Be sure to listen to this episode!
