During the invasion of Naboo, Queen Amidala fled to Coruscant accompanied by Eirtaé, Rabé, and Sabé. Sabé was the most important of the handmaidens, since she and Amidala would frequently change identities.
During the senate session that saw Chancellor Valorum topple from power, Queen Amidala was accompanied by Eirtaé and Rabé. Sabé presumably stayed at Palpatine's residence.
