Episode I Characters at Celebration II

The Official Star Wars Site has announced that you will see some characters at Celebration II that you might not recognize out of costume. Jerome Blake played Rune Haako, the Trade Federation attorney, and Mas Amedda, Vice-Chancellor of the Galactic Senate in The Phantom Menace. Not only did Blake perform Haako and Amedda, but also Oppo Rancisis -- a member of the Jedi High Council, the Anx gambler Graxol Kelvyyn, and Senators Orn Free Taa and Horox Ryyder. Silas Carson was Nute Gunray, the leader of the Neimoidian Trade Federation, Ki-Adi-Mundi, the "tall-headed" member of the Jedi Council, and also the co-pilot on the ill-fated Republic Cruiser that ferried the Jedi to their meeting with the Trade Federation at Naboo. Alan Ruscoe played Neimoidian Daultay Dofine as well as Jedi Master Plo Koon and a Twi'lek Senator informally dubbed "Bib Fortuna" in Episode I The Phantom Menace. The actor will be making his first U.S. convention appearance at Celebration II.
