This is the Reaching Tatooine cutscene for the video game Star Wars: Force Commander that was a LucasArts real-time strategy (RTS) game released for the PC March 22, 2000.

The Star Destroyer Devastator makes its way through space. Dellis recuperates in a hospital bed and Brenn steps up to the side of the bed to Watch over his brother. Heavy blast doors open to reveal: Brenn, dressed in a Lieutenant's uniform.
