Sheltay Retrac was a female human from Alderaan. She was married to an Alderaanian artist from the Castle Lands (possibly Ob Khaddar), and served as an aide to Senator Bail Organa. She had a baby daughter named Winter. She had just returned from maternity leave at the time of the Second Battle of Coruscant, and accompanied Bail Organa on the Tantive IV when he attempted to locate survivors of Order 66. Sheltay and her husband died shortly after the formation of the Empire. Winter was taken care of by Bail Organa.
