Daily Video Clip #3

Today's third new video clip is the Angry Birds Star Wars 2 Telepods Chewie Commercial. Angry Birds Star Wars 2 is out on September 19. Price will be $0.99 (or local equivalent), and the game will be available on iOS, Android and Windows Phone devices. It will also be a universal app, so will work across iPhone & iPad! Enjoy!

Daily Video Clip #2

Today's second new video clip is the World's Largest Collection of Star Wars Memorabilia-Guinness World Records 2014. Steve Sansweet (USA) has amassed an estimated 300,000 unique items at Rancho Obi-Wan in northern California, USA. As of 15 May 2013, only 90,546 items have been accurately audited and catalogued - a number sufficient enough, however, to beat the previous Guinness World Records figure by a factor of four. Sansweet estimates that the cataloguing process will take years to complete, as his collection continues to grow. Congratulations Steve! Enjoy!

Star Wars Rebels: The Might of the Empire

The Official Star Wars Site has provided a schedule of events for the New York Comic Con that will be held October 10-13, 2013. The most encouraging panel will be provided by Pablo Hidalgo on Saturday, October 12th from 2:45 p.m.- 3:45 p.m. as they will discuss Star Wars Rebels!

What happens when the Galactic Empire takes over a planet? What if Imperials took interest in your world, and garrisoned Stormtroopers and TIE fighters to maintain order? Star Wars Rebels, the thrilling, all-new animated television series from Lucasfilm for Disney XD will ask those questions -- and so will this panel hosted by Lucasfilm's resident Star Wars expert, Pablo Hidalgo. 

Details on the show are closely guarded, but fans at NYCC will get a first look at new art from the series, and learn new information about the formidable forces of the Galactic Empire. Star Wars Rebels is set between Episodes III and IV, and it is a dark time in the galaxy. In the spirit of the original trilogy, the Empire is once again the preeminent villain of the saga, and Star Wars Rebels puts the awesome might of Imperial forces in the spotlight. 

The series is still a year away, so don't miss this chance to get an early look at its development.

Daily Star Wars Card

Today's new card is available in the Star Wars Cards section. It can be found under Series 5 (Orange Cards) and there were 66 cards and 11 stickers in all from 1978. Today's new orange card is 293-A Friendly Chat Among Alien Friends of that series. Look for more cards and stickers every day!
