the Fourth Be With You! |
The Official
Star Wars Site has announced that as Star Wars: Episode III
Revenge of the Sith continues to thrill Star Wars fans and break
box office records around the world, the Fourth will be with U.S.
movie goers from July 1-4, 2005. This weekend only, when you buy
three tickets to see Episode III, ticket buyers will get a fourth
ticket for free at participating theaters. I probably won't get to
use this deal, but I am hoping I will get to the theater again
this weekend! |

Darth
Tom Cruise Kills Oprah |
My wife found this link and I thought it was really funny. It's
from the Oprah show where Tom Cruise was talking so fanatically
about scientology and acting really strange. I think you will get
a kick out of this short clip. Be sure to view
it! You will need the QuickTime player installed. |

Saga
Review |
LeviathanFalls sends in word of a Saga review by Ryan McBain of
"The Flow Check." "I thought you might find this
article rather interesting. This guy writes about current events,
and in his archives he talks about the Star Wars prequels."
Ryan said it all pretty well and many of you may feel the same way
about the Star Wars Saga. If you would like to see what Ryan said,
you can read
the full article. Thanks LeviathanFalls for the submission. |

Best
Video Games For May |
IGN Xbox has reported on the top sellers for consoles for May and
Star Wars has done well. The best-selling console titles for May
represent all important interest groups, whether galactic,
athletic, mythic, or fantastic. LucasArts takes the double crown
for the month, with Episode III dominating on two platforms.
Microsoft's Forza is no slouch at Number 3 though, even if it
didn't quite speed past the Force of a franchise.
Here are the top sellers, by units sold, courtesy The NPD Group:
1. Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (PS2) LucasArts
2. Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (Xbox) LucasArts
3. Forza Motorsport (Xbox) Microsoft
4. Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition (PS2) Take 2 Interactive
5. LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game (PS2) Eidos Interactive
6. God of War (PS2) Sony
7. MVP Baseball 2005 (PS2) Electronic Arts
8. Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition (Xbox) Take 2 Interactive
9. LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game (Xbox) Eidos Interactive
10. Area 51 (Xbox) Midway
I have provided just the top ten in this report. Lets keep Star
Wars in the top 10 as new games start to roll out this fall. |
