A bounty hunter who despises Jedi and derives satisfaction from stalking Force-sensitive prey. Long before she became a mercenary, Aurra Sing was identified as a Jedi hopeful. At some point during her training, she failed the Jedi order and became a creature of evil. Terse and paranoid, Sing is an efficient killer. She carries a trophy case with several lightsabers as a testament to her prowess. Shortly after the Battle of Naboo, Aurra Sing pursued Sharad Hett, a self-exiled Jedi living among the Tusken Raiders on Tatooine.

Aurra Sing trained under the mysterious Dark Woman, the Jedi master who first identified Ki-Adi-Mundi as a Jedi hopeful. Even at a young age, she was viewed as a difficult student, but the Jedi Council hoped that the Dark Woman would bond with the girl. This did not occur, and Aurra Sing eventually left the Jedi Order, her training incomplete.

Aurra Sing used her incredible abilities to become an experienced bounty hunter. Her favorite quarry quickly became Jedi, and she collected at least six lightsabers from fallen foes. While on Tatooine, she spotted the legendary Sharad Hett living among the Tusken Raiders. Accepting a contract from one of Jabba the Hutt’s rivals, Sing tracked Hett and eventually murdered him, despite the efforts of Ki-Adi-Mundi.

Aurra Sing utilizes a variety of tools during her hunts, including electrobinoculars. She often wears a functional red-and-black jumpsuit, and can be found riding a large, outdated swoop. The swoop has been heavily modified, but it is dented and dirty.
