Tundra Dowmeia was a male Quarren Senator from Mon Calamari. His family owned a large deep-water estate on the world.
A prominent Loyalist to all appearances, unlike many Quarren on his homeworld, Tundra replaced Tikkes when the former Senator defected to the Confederacy of Independent Systems. After the Battle of Mon Calamari, and the signing of new Quarren-Mon Calamari accords, Mon Calamari was represented in the Senate by both Quarren and Mon Calamari representatives. He was aided in the Senate by the mysterious Cellheim Anujo.
Tundra was joined by Meena Tills as a fellow Senator. They both were members of the Delegation of 2000, although Meena was a staunch Loyalist and Dowmeia was rumored to have Separatist ties.
After the Battle of Coruscant (Clone Wars) Tundra was seen inside the Galaxies Opera House attending the Squid Lake performance. He was talking to a Lethan Twi'lek.
Dowmeia, alongside Fang Zar, was among the first roster of traitorous Senators arrested following the establishment of the Galactic Empire.
