The autocratic and hardened commander of the Imperial ground forces assigned to Darth Vader’s armada during the Galactic Civil War. Veers personally supervised the invasion of the Alliance’s Echo Base on Hoth, leading several AT-AT walkers, a handful of AT-STs, and hordes of Imperial snowtroopers to victory. Due to Veers’ tactical genius, the Battle of Hoth dealt a devastating blow to the Alliance, claiming an untold number of Rebel soldiers and pilots.

Much speculation surrounds General Veers’ rise through the Imperial ranks, and it has often been suggested that he murdered many of his competitors to achieve a place at Lord Vader’s side. Whatever the case, it is clear that Veers was a ruthless and aggressive general who enjoyed wreaking havoc with the destructive Imperial ground forces. General Veers’ ultimate fate at the Battle of Hoth is often debated, but yet unknown.
