Lightsaber Duel: The Aftermath
Today the Star Wars Union brings us more news about what happens after the lightsaber duel in Episode II. Spoiler - Highlight to read: In addition to the last article, the lightsaber duel and the arena battle take place on the same planet (we're guessing either Kamino or Geonosis, since those are the two new planets). In a scene before this, Padmé is being held as a prisoner in the execution arena.
After the lightsaber battle, while Anakin and Obi-Wan are trapped under the crane, Anakin is unconcius. Yoda summons all his power in using the force to get the crane off the two Jedi. When Yoda finally manages to throw the massive crane off the two he is exhausted.
Right after, Padmé arrives with a bunch of republic clone troopers at her side. She runs to her sweetheart Anakin and throws her arms around him. The captain of the clone group meanwhile approaches General Yoda and tells him that the resistance has found an end, and that he awaits new orders.
It's being speculated that this clone captain might be Ambu Fett, but Ambu might just be one captain among many others. Excellent adition to the last article! If you haven't read it, now is the time!
