TOS Database Update!

The Official Star Wars Site has updated their database with information on The Battle of Yavin. "Standby alert. Death Star approaching. Estimated time to firing range, fifteen minutes."

Thus began the Battle of Yavin, an historic conflict that proved to the Empire what a threat the Alliance could be. Armed with stolen technical schematics pinpointing the Death Star's weakness, the Rebellion hurled what little resources it had to stop the Imperial menace. A scant collection of battle-weary starfighters darted into the Death Star's shadow, in a desperate effort to spear the battle station's vulnerable exhaust port. With Luke Skywalker's faith in the Force, the Empire experienced its first real taste of defeat.
